Terms of Service
1. Participation in our yoga retreats is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
By choosing to participate in our retreats, the participant acknowledges and agrees that they are aware of the risks associated with the retreat's activities, including but not limited to physical exertion, exposure to the elements, and travel. The participant also agrees that they are voluntarily participating in the retreat and assume all risks associated with their participation. The retreat organizers shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that the participant may incur as a result of their participation in the retreat. Participants should seek medical advice from a healthcare professional before participating in our retreats if they have any concerns about their ability to safely participate in the retreat's activities.

2. Participants must inform Yogavibe of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the retreat's activities.
Before participating in our retreats, the participant must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate in the retreat's activities. This includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, pregnancy, etc.
The participant should also let the retreat organizers know of any medications they are taking, as well as any allergies or sensitivities they may have. This information will be kept confidential and will only be used to ensure the safety and well-being of the participant during the retreat. By providing this information, the participant acknowledges that the retreat organizers may make accommodations as necessary to ensure their safety, and the participant agrees to cooperate with any such accommodations. If the participant is unable to participate in certain activities due to their medical condition, the retreat organizers will make every effort to provide alternative options. If a participant's condition worsens or changes during the retreat, they should inform the retreat organizers immediately.
3. Participants must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the Yogavibe and its instructors.
Participants are expected to comply with all rules and instructions provided by the retreat organizers and instructors during the retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, instructions related to safety, conduct, and the use of equipment. Participants are also expected to follow any guidelines and instructions provided for the yoga and meditation sessions, and other activities during the retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, instructions related to posture, breathing, and other techniques. Participants are expected to listen to and follow the instructions given by instructors during the sessions, as they have been trained and certified to provide safe and effective guidance. Failure to follow instructions and guidelines may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund. If a participant has any questions or concerns about the instructions or guidelines provided, they should ask the instructors or retreat organizers for clarification.

4. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat location.
The retreat organizers will not provide transportation for participants to and from the retreat location. It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange their own transportation to and from the retreat location. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation by car, train, bus, or plane. Participants should also consider the logistics of getting to and from the retreat location and plan accordingly. They should also factor in any potential delays or changes in transportation plans and plan accordingly. It is recommended that participants arrive at the retreat location at least one day before the retreat start date to ensure they have enough time to settle in and get ready for the retreat. If the participant is unable to make it to the retreat location due to transportation issues, the retreat fee will not be refunded. It is also important to note that it is the responsibility of the participant to arrange transportation back home after the retreat concludes.

5. Yogavibe reserves the right to dismiss any participant who does not comply with the guidelines or causes disruption to the retreat
The retreat organizers have the right to dismiss any participant from the retreat if they do not comply with the guidelines and instructions provided by the organizers and instructors, or if they engage in conduct that disrupts the retreat in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, conduct that is disruptive to the other participants or instructors, conduct that is unsafe, or conduct that violates any of the terms of service. Examples of conduct that may result in dismissal from the retreat include, but are not limited to, being under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the retreat, failing to follow safety guidelines, or engaging in disrespectful or offensive behavior towards other participants or instructors. If a participant is dismissed from the retreat, they will not be entitled to a refund of the retreat fee. The retreat organizers also reserve the right to take any additional action as deemed necessary to address any conduct that is in violation of the terms of service.

6. The retreat fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a participant has paid the retreat fee, they will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to, if the participant is unable to attend the retreat due to personal or medical reasons, or if the participant is dismissed from the retreat. It also means that the participant will not be able to transfer the retreat fee to another person or to a different date. If the participant is unable to attend the retreat, they will not be able to transfer their registration to another person or to a future retreat. It is important for the participant to carefully consider their decision to participate in the retreat before paying. The participant should ensure that they are able to attend the retreat on the specified dates and that they are able to comply with all the terms of service before paying the retreat fee.

7. Retreat Termination.
Yogavibe reserves the right to terminate a retreat or holiday at any given time without providing a specific reason. While we strive to deliver exceptional and uninterrupted experiences, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may necessitate the termination of a retreat. In such cases, we will make every effort to inform participants as early as possible and offer a refund or rescheduling options, subject to our discretion.

8. Yogavibe is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
The retreat organizers are not responsible for any personal items that are lost or stolen during the retreat. Participants should take all necessary precautions to protect their personal belongings, such as keeping valuables in a safe or locked room or with them at all times.
It is recommended that participants label their personal items with their name, and keep a list of the items they bring to the retreat. This can help in the event that an item is lost or misplaced. The retreat organizers will make all reasonable efforts to assist participants in locating lost or stolen items, but they are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing the value of lost or stolen items. Participants should also consider purchasing travel insurance that covers lost or stolen personal items. It is also important to mention that the retreat organizers are not responsible for any damage to personal items caused by the retreat's activities, such as yoga mat or other equipment provided by the retreat organizer.

9. Yogavibe reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule and activities as necessary.
The retreat organizers reserve the right to make changes to the retreat schedule and activities as necessary. These changes may be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, changes in the availability of instructors or facilities, or other unforeseen events.
If any changes are made to the retreat schedule or activities, the retreat organizers will make every effort to inform participants as soon as possible, and will provide alternative arrangements if necessary. It is important to note that the retreat organizers will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the retreat schedule and activities remain as close as possible to the original plan, but unforeseen circumstances may require changes to be made. Participants should also be prepared for the possibility of changes to the retreat schedule and activities, and should be flexible and open to alternative arrangements.

10. Yogavibe is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the retreat.
The retreat organizers are not liable for any injuries that a participant may sustain during the retreat. This includes injuries resulting from physical activities such as yoga and meditation, as well as injuries resulting from any other activities or events during the retreat. Participants are expected to take responsibility for their own safety and well-being during the retreat and should follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the retreat organizers and instructors. Participants should also inform the retreat organizers of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the retreat's activities, as outlined in point 2. It is also important for the participant to understand that the practice of yoga and meditation carries inherent risks and that they should listen to their body and practice within their own limitations. The retreat organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during the retreat. Participants are also encouraged to have their own personal insurance that covers injuries sustained during the retreat.

11. By participating in the retreat, participants grant Yogavibe the right to photograph and/or film them for promotional use.
By participating in the retreat, the participant grants the retreat organizers the right to photograph and/or film them during the retreat, and to use those photographs and/or film footage for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the retreat organizers' website, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials. It is important to note that the photographs and/or film footage will be used for promotional purposes only, and will not be sold or shared with any third parties without the participant's consent. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed during the retreat should inform the retreat organizers in advance. The retreat organizers will make every effort to accommodate these requests and will not photograph or film participants who have requested not to be. By participating in the retreat, the participant acknowledges that they have the right to take photographs and videos of themselves during the retreat and that they are free to share them as they wish.
