Pilates & Yoga
7-13 May, 2026 | Essaouira, Morocco

The Best Of Two Worlds
A unique Pilates & Yoga retreat on the coast of Essaouira.
Morning Pilates to awaken the body, evening Yoga to restore and soften.
Thoughtful movement, nourishing cuisine, and space to simply breathe.
Join Charlotte Schoeters and Oona De Vos this May in Essaouira for a retreat built around a simple, effective rhythm: energising Pilates in the morning and calming Yoga in the evening, combining the best of both worlds.
Mornings start with grounding and stimulating Pilates sessions led by Oona, designed to wake up the body, build strength, improve posture, and create a sense of lightness and energy for the day ahead. Oona's Pilates classes offers a strong, supportive foundation and helps you move with more control and awareness. In the evenings, Charlotte guides Yoga and meditation practices that invite you to slow down, release tension, and settle into deep relaxation. These sessions help balance the nervous system and create space to unwind after a full day of movement, exploration, and rest.
The retreat takes place along the Atlantic coast of Essaouira, a town known for its relaxed atmosphere, fresh ocean air, and natural beauty. Between sessions, there’s time to explore the medina, walk along the beach, surf, go horseback riding, or simply read a book..
Your stay is full board, with a private chef preparing 3 delicious, healthy meals each day. The food is fresh, nourishing, and thoughtfully prepared to support your body throughout the retreat - energising in the morning, grounding in the evening, and always deeply satisfying.
"This retreat is not about doing more, but about finding balance. Strength and softness. Movement and rest. Focus and ease. You’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to your body."
